The London Development Agency plays a leading role in the development of London. It also had a very low profile meaning that few understood the impact of their work on the lives of Londoners. During 2004 we worked with the LDA to create a clear definition of their role and purpose. In 2005, following a move to new offices, we created an employee communication campaign for them.
This was designed to explain the new role and start the process of changing behaviours amongst the agency’s 400 staff. By linking the things they did every day with important strategic outcomes, we were able to show how the LDA really was ‘All for London’.
