Creating your unique HOW profile

Based on our experience of working with over 300 companies and developed with an HR expert, HOW analyses your organisation through questions in 4 key areas – your relationship with audiences, how you make decisions, how you manage people, and how you think about the future. There are two stages involved:

• An employee survey using an online questionnaire to assess employees’ views of your organisation’s cha­racter and ways of working  – a current reality check

• A management workshop using a set of HOW cards and facilitation techniques to identify the type of organisation you want to be

The results are analysed to create a unique HOW personality profile and reveal insights into employee behaviours and underlying ways of working.
