The Environment Agency plays a critical role as an environmental planning agency, a regulator of responsibility, and, through Floodline, a vital emergency service. With the environment now at the heart of government policy it didn’t have a core purpose or reason why. We worked with the management team and employees across the Agency to create a new, more emotional heart for the organisation.

Their purpose is focused on creating ‘A Better Place’ – to work, to live, to play or just to be. This purpose, together with a more positive and confident tone of voice, was then developed into a new visual style for the agency.
