Targeted investor proposition


The proposition is based on the idea of business growth, an opportunity presented by a rapidly developing region with the right culture and attitude to help businesses succeed. It also works to convey the idea of a joined up region where local delivery partners are working together, fully focussed on meeting the needs of investors, and removing any potential barriers.

Campaign brand

A full campaign brand was developed including a distinct visual identity that captures both the physical shape of the region, and a sense of dynamic growth. The strap line ‘Gateway to London. Gateway to Europe’ is designed to highlight its strategic location advantage as a bridge between London and mainland Europe, and provide an instant geographical reference point.


Sales driven website

A targeted investment website www.investthamesgateway.com focuses on capturing and converting investor interest, which can then be channelled through to the relevant local delivery partner. In addition to communicating the region’s business credentials, with vivid success stories and example business locations, it also creates a real sense of the region as a place to live and work, with its own unique personality.


Campaign launch communication

We supported the launch of the investment the brand both externally, and to stakeholders involved in delivery the Thames Gateway regeneration by developing:

  • Targeted press advertising
  • Exhibition stand at the Thames Gateway Forum
  • Brand book to engage all Thames Gateway stakeholders with the campaign brand
