EDF Energy wanted to engage more effectively with the people who purchase energy for their businesses. Existing channels were limited, and within the organisation, numerous stakeholder groups required clear and consistent communications.

Our Business to People insight revealed that EDF Energy business customers had a specific set of online needs, and similarly internal stakeholders had individual requirements. We designed and developed a host of robust online communication platforms to help EDF Energy connect with diverse audiences. In addition to an architectural redesign of the corporate website and intranet, we have been able to embrace the full capability of online platforms including social media, video and bespoke applications that cater to the needs to people working in SME organisations.

EDF Energy now has a set of tools that drive efficiency for their business customers. They are able to engage through the lens of energy efficiency in relevant and appropriate ways, increasing loyalty and customer value.
